Friendly helpful service from long-employed staff who know me personally and vice-versa. Great that the cycle loan service has been reinstated. I prefer to leave the car all day, and cycle home between times. I cannot fit a sports bike in the Z4!

This visit entailed solving more than one problem, and part availability, initially problematic, particularly with needing the car for holiday abroad, was very worrying. The seamless liaison through my warranty with Enterprise helped greatly.
