As mentioned above, the whole process wasn't good, to start I was given a courtesy car with a puncture so had to take the car back in my time to be fixed. I shouldn't have had a courtesy car in the first place as car should of been completed.

Car was in for EGR recall, but had developed an electronic fault. Cotswold were very proactive on identifying the cause and also on vehicle inspection finding a couple of other problems all of which have been authorised under my warranty.

A. Initial tyre replacement price was more than 150% the quikfit price; that's disappointing and whilst you price matched you should have been competitive from the start as it made me wonder about the fair value of all the work done

The brake pad service was ok but the promised valet service was somewhat perfunctory. The roof wasn't cleaned and the boot wasn't valeted at all.

I was able to drop my car off during the afternoon before my appointment so that it was ready, first thing the following day. This allowed for the job to be completed earlier the next day and, consequently, enabled an earlier collection time.

Before arriving I called ahead to check I had a courtesy car available to pick up. On arrival whilst being attended to by the host on the desk she told me I was early and asked for me to sit over there and pointed until someone is ready for you.
