The fault was undiagnosed after one and a half days with you and I am still in the same position. I am disappointed. I will be even more disappointed if end up having to pay in circa of £2000 to fix a known fault with my car.

The servicer advisor allowed me to explain the symptoms of an intermittent fault. And when the fault could not be recreated in the workshop ( sods law) agreed to give it another go . It would have been so easy to dismiss me with ' no fault found'

Easy online checkin and whilst waiting to deposit my keys in the locker system a member of staff could see I was waiting so jumped in and took my keys.
