I love the car and the after care is excellent service. Coming from a Tesla, I was dreading a traditional dealership experience following their efficiency. Turns out you can have the best of both worlds.

As written in the above form. While service team are polite and aim to help (Tom was lovely). The level of service recieved is poor. I only use this BMW because I want original parts and there are no other BMW services close to Cheltenham.

As above. Tyre inflation was too high on 3 tyres - well above 2.4 bar
