As stated in Q1 response. Car issue not resolved (suspected software issue) but it turns out thus is a hardware issue on the head unit but I have been offered support to resolve this.

Was surprised NOT to get video health check of car prior to servicing- I noticed a bulge in near side front tyre - after service but nothing mentioned to me

The service was carried out in the proposed time. The service adviser went through the report and answered my queries. I also had a small query and she went out of her way to obtain the answer.

I requested a price for a service inclusive package, promptly responded and I took out the package. However BMW need to look at the price for EV servicing. Once I have done the initial 2 year services, I will be looking at alternative specialists.
