The service dept are brilliant, from booking in to collecting the car at the end. The coffee bar area is superb for waiting in whilst the vehicle is being serviced/repaired. Did try Rybrook in Worcester but not a patch on Cheltenham.

Eventually a helpful gentleman in parts came and looked at my broken seat and ordered a part. Unfortunately the part that was delivered was not the part needed so I had to come and collect my car ( still with the broken seat ).

Cotswold Cheltenham diagnosed the problem, and confirmed that the differential needed replacing under warranty. They obtained the only differential in the UK and fitted it all within 24 hours.

Beacuse the car came back with with dent in the front bumber and nobody said anything to us . And was only picked up after my wife got home with the car . So extremely disappointed at this but on the flip side it is being dealt with and repaired

I was satisfied with the overall outcome, but I was constantly having to chase for updates and phone calls from the centre about the progress of my repairs/service. The delays meant my car was with the centre for longer than anticipated.

The servicer advisor allowed me to explain the symptoms of an intermittent fault. And when the fault could not be recreated in the workshop ( sods law) agreed to give it another go . It would have been so easy to dismiss me with ' no fault found'

100% my car had some additional work needed. Donna couldn't have been more helpful, gave regular updates on progress and costs and extended courtesy car without any problems. Service team were able to fix some longstanding niggles so very happy.

The service was completed much quicker than expected. My only complaint was with the complimentary car wash. The car mats were pressure washed which was really appreciated but they were put back in without the water being drained off leaving puddles

All work was completed as scheduled. 1 star deducted as, when driving the following evening, oncoming drivers kept "flashing me". It turned out that the headlights setting had somehow been altered. Fortunately I was able to lower them.

Appreciate free of charge Safety recall fix and "inconvenience" voucher. Charged £105 to be told what "might" be wrong and that repair likely to cost over £1000 plus parts to fix common but intermittent heater fault!

Had booked a waiting appointment but got there and it was a leave appointment so was 1.5 hours longer(1star off) Tech didn't reset the service indicator (1 star off)

Car was in for the whole day and still didn't get cleaned or wheel alignment done! Had to pick up car the following day! So as you can tell from me not the best service!

During a service in Nov '23 it was noted there was some wear on the inner edges of the rear tyres. They were just 1 yr old 10,000 miles. I have now put on new tryes and had the wheels aligned. Why wasn't allignment suggested as a fix in Nov?

You had my car 10 days and couldn't find problem as to why the dashboard kept turning off. Told me it was fixed, charged me £750, when I picked it up the heating wasn't working. You told me to turn the car off and on again. Heating wasn't plugged in!

It would have been helpful when I booked my service and told the lady I had a service plan if she had told me I didn't. Sytner had cancelled it! However Stuart Cattanach in service who had to deal with telling me that is a credit to your team.

I was given superb service especially Charlotte at Tewkesbury who kept me informed at all times and worked through a difficult/complex process in the repair and also resolved other issues as well. She is a real credit to your company.
