Service advisor was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, work completed in good time with no difficulties. Amazing set-up - like an airport!

Overall pleased with the service, everybody is very welcoming and helpful when you are there. Was slightly disappointed that i had to leave my car and that no courtesy cars were available. And initially wouldn't be given a lift to Gloucester.
Quick, efficient, I was able to work while I waited
Wheels were not washed when car was valeted.The car was collected from my place of work and when returned the keys and paperwork were left with the receptionist.OK in itself but paperwork was not in an envelope so any third party could see details?
The work was completed to my full satisfaction and the courtesy car provided was fine, I always wish that there was a dealership slightly nearer to my home to make minor remedial work less of a chore.
Excellent facilities and a reliable transfer service to and from home meant that I lost the minimum amount of time on the day of my recent service.
Had to wait a long time, was booked for 3.45pm, left 5.35pm.

One problem with the detailing of the inside of the car but overall the experience of the service process for the customer is extravagantly good because of the new facility and ambience it creates. My problem is that I have a sticky steering wheel.
Service was arranged on a date to suit me. Car was collected from my house and returned having been serviced and thoroughly valeted - in fact it looked like a new car!
Service done on time and ready when you said it would be ready. The new show room/facilities makes it a much more pleasurable experience

I was told by Andrew what was going to be done to my car and the time it would take. the work was done exactly as he had told me.
Polite and as efficient as they could be. Sytner Newport have now agreed to service the wheels and replace the hub caps.
The technician knew what the issue with my car was and resolved it there and then - no visits back needed.
Goodwill payment given but still left a large bill.

well looked after
I had a security device fitted to my car and I cannot fault the work that theyve done. I know that internal panels would have been removed to get to the cars wiring yet theres not a hint of badly fitting or rattling panels or dashboard trim.
Car returned with different tyre pressures. O.5 bar
End result was perfect and I know if a problem arises it will be resolved.
Overall customer service; excellent showroom and facilitaties for working while you wait.
My questions wer answered and the car is performing better

Problem solved on the first visit
The servicing of the car, and the communication with staff was, as usual, excellent; but I was disappointed this time not to have the option of a loan car.

Rather than having to take a car and come back the very helpful lady I was dealing with was able to get the car repair organised whilst I waited.
Service Centre efficient and responsive
the was due car to be MOTd at a prearranged time. Were promised to be called when car ready. We were not called. We called twice each a hour apart to be told each time no one could tell us if the car was ready or not. Got a call back 4pm next day!
Fairly satisfied as the gentleman that looked after me was professional and efficient. However, I did have to wait for around 10 minutes on arrival before I could be seen though and I did find the cost was quite high for the work done too.
I have always been given cost effective advice and the collection and return service has been invaluable
Very efficient and customer service orientated.
Service was good, however the inside of my car was not cleaned very well. For example the boot was not cleaned at all.
So seamless, car collected and returned to my driveway with telephone updates on how it was doing during the day.

Safe in the knowledge that the work is carried out by competent well trained BMW personnel using genuine BMW spares. The work has the BMW seal of approval and is warranted for 12 months.
Really impressive dealership and personnel. The only small thing I can think of is having a system whereby you can give the customer a rough eta on when the car could be ready, this could help manage expectations if nipping into town like I did

The work done was very good. The car came back with a small dent in the back bumper which I believe was not there when it was taken in for repair. That took the edge of the pleasure of having the bodywork restored at the front.

Service light not been switched off
Excellent collection and re delivery service, this time offered foc because my wife and I both had health issues at that time.
The service was completed, the notified issues resolved and the car returned washed and valeted. Unfortunately a new fault was generated allegedly via a software update.
From handing my car over to picking it back up I was kept fully informed of its progress.Listened to my requests / concerns whilst the car was with them.Very pleased with the work carried out, service was spot on.Thank you.
Poor communication, long lead time to wait for a courtesy car. repairs done and upon collection, secondary issues encountered by work being carried out incorrectly. being dragged into internal politics when applying for a warranty claim!
Efficient and to agreed timetable
The courtesy car was good and was extended by a day easily. All the service and wheel refurbishment issues were dealt with and communications were swift and clear. Attitude of the staff is excellent - switched on people.

A bolt was missing from engine cover, requiring a return visit.
Because I was happy with the service given, only issue was with a gasket from the intercooler to the turbo which had deformed, reducing the power after the Power Kit was fitted. This was later resolved at Cooper York at a cost to myself.
excellent but cant give 5stars as perfection is difficult to obtain and then maintain
Service was carried out in a timely manner, I was given a ride into town and back and also sent a video when a nail was found in a tyre. I was provided refreshments, internet access and a comfortable seating area with a charging point as well.
Good experience - just took a little longer than we were told but a nice showroom to be waiting in.

Overall, very satisfied. Only let down by the failure (again) to call us when the work had been finished. This is the second time this has happened (the previous one with my wife's car) and so seems to be a consistent issue.

The service advisor was able to arrange help for me at short notice and the issue with my car was rectified in a very timely manner. I was also provided a courtesy car at late notice

When something falls of your car whilst driving your car at 30mph after only having the car 5 weeks and this was the cars first long journey you shouldn't have to argue about it being covered under warranty.
It is the staff that make a company and Cotswolds always go the extra mile with all customers.

I didn't get my smart key for almost a month after purchase, but otherwise all excellent.
Adam Harber was outstanding. He was practical, no bullshit and got stuff done. Support staff were very friendly too.
I had a bad experience with my previous BMW but BMW group have compensated me for this and helped greatly to get me into my new car. I am delighted with it so far and look forward to enjoying it over the next few years
Because we had a good experience and were looked after well/However, dealing with your Head Office and B.C.A. has not been as satisfactory.
Gods experience with my sales executive (Jamie Cooke), however due to ordering the vehicle from another dealers stock, the other dealership tried to block the transfer of the vehicle once I had placed deposit and sale nearly fell through as a result
We never felt under pressure, felt valued as customers and were able to ask all the questions to make sure we understood what we were in for.
You are made to feel special
The experience at the centre was excellent and everyone dealing with me was friendly and attentive. The centre is light and airy with coffee and cakes available and there is a wide range of cars on display.
It was a quick and easy process - no problems.
As I said above sales experience was very good but let down by the delivery experience.
