The service was polite and formal, but I didn't feel as if bmw considered me to be anything more than a line on a balance book. It didn't feel like a personalised service.

I have owned my X3 for 7 years and have been fairly treated by excellent service staff who go the extra mile, and are knowledgeable.Sales staff require the usual caution : they never do their homework, never offer acompetitive deal.
I booked a service online but was told it wasnt working correctly and had to rebook.At the service I was told it would take 90 mins but it took 2 hrs 45. I was with my 10 yr old son & given no updates. Finally my car wasnt washed.

MOT carried out efficiently and car well cleaned. I later found the dashcam disconnected and this has never happened in use. If engineers disconnect this item for any reason, it should be re-connected after servicing.
I was able to book the service in very good time, even considering that I wanted to use the collect from home option.

Your service staff are charming and efficient but I am fed up with the mechanic changing the seat and steering wheel positions. He only has to drive it into the bay. Adjusting seat reach is reasonable, but seatback rake? Steering wheel position?

Long story short when I found out I had to bank roll BMW I was a little bemused and concerned to hear you had no money. Due to my car having 2nd time now build defects a taxi was required to take me home BMW had no money so i loaned BMW .

I booked my car in for a service and then asked whether I could have the MOT done at the same time. You were very obliging and repairs were also carried out at the same time. Cotswold Cheltenham was easy to find and pleasant to be in.
The technician, Simon, is the best Ive ever dealt with.

The only slight niggle is that nobody rang to say the car was ready and when I rang to check the phone wasnt answered
Services are expensive (ServcingStop, for example, do the same service for half the price). They also failed to address dashboard warning light, so I had to take the car back the next day (just a bulb, but still...)

The car seems to be running fine. Overall a bit expensive but not excessive. I was not given any explanation of the bill or any guidance which was a bit disappointing. At least it was ready at the right time.

All work done to a good standard, and the service receptionist kept me informed and was very helpful.
Staff are helpful and courteous. My car went in for its main service, I asked if a mechanic could fix a plate that had become un clipped in the back of the car which they did. It was probably no effort for them but it was for me and I, very grateful
Excellent service my car was collected & delivered the same day by the technician that did the work Chris Redman very professional service from him & an asset to the company.
Problem resolved nicely. Tyre valve issue under warranty/goodwill.
X1 went for a QE, whilst there it was noticed that a washer nozzle was missing. I was informed of this when I arrived to collect my vehicle and told that a new one would be ordered straight away. Observant with great initiative, fantastic!

Car was booked 2 weeks in advance for a tyre change at the recommendation of Cotswold BMW. When arrived they could not see why the type needed replacing, the damage was internal and they had not removed the tyre. Then told said the tyre was not avail
Process was straightforward for me.
Currently fairly satisfied, as previously detailed service was mixed. But I received a promise that in a week the Garage would get back to me after consulting BMW about noisy gear lever. That was 26 Oct 18 - still no contact! Dissatisfied soon!
I did ask for some additional information, but did not get the answers. I was however dealing with a different service agent on pick up following drop off. This was down to me being busy when the car was made available.

Love the new service area ; complimentary refreshments, visitor area, car washed really wellThe rear brake pads and discs were down as advisory. Got a second opinion- pads nowhere near needing replacement and discs were fine....not happy.....

The Woman who helped me out (Danielle if I remember) She knew exactly what the issue was of my car and got it all solved by booking it in to be replaced right away. Absolutely amazing she was!! I wish I could have service like that everywhere I go.

After leaving the car there was no communication as to status. No offer of transportation despite location of the Cheltenham workshop.

The service dept did everything asked of them.However my car was supposed to have been cleaned & valeted,but I was most disappointed as there was dust on the wheel trims & the inside of the car left a lot to be desired.Not happy at all with the clean
The car was handed back without going through the details. I later found that my rear tyres needed changing but this wasnt pointed out at the time of handover. Also, the tyre pressure System had not been reset

My car was taken in as soon as I arrived. At one point I was advised of another issue needing attention. It was dealt with and the car returned sooner than expected, washed and ready to drive away? I left completely satisfied.

Only problem upon it's return - all the satnav and seating settings were changed and we had to come into Chelt. for advice on complicated satnav requirements as the instruction book was no help at all! Your member of staff Ross helped out.
Not quite full marks as I never got detail as to what the second safety recall item was for my car. Plus, I was executing an update call mid afternoon which I never received. I had to call the office.

We were well looked after and time was taken with us to ensure we had everything we need.
Things did not go to the orginal plan, but cotswold pick up the issue without question and resolved it, which in effect was to build a new car. They also provided me with a loan car for 6 weeks. Excellent service.
Cotswold BMW is a very nice facility
The staff and surroundings were great from the initial approach to collection/delivery. The handover on delivery was made special with an unveiling, inspection and an explanation of the features before being handed the keys and driving away.
Extremely flexible with test drive such that I could fully experience the car in different driving conditions, took the time to enquire why I was considering the vehicle and what spec I wanted. Given time to think, no pressure selling.
The new Cotswold BMW showroom is fantastic and the guys that dealt with us were great.
Time was given for a thorough handover which was comprehensive and I never felt rushed. I would highly comment Harriet Booth on her salesmanship.

Cheltenham showroom is very impressive, the service delivered is good. However, when I collected my car I was presented with a GardX bill for ~£500 that had been bundled into the price of the car without my knowledge, this has dented my trust in BMW
Very good facility and service was very competent. It would have been useful to have a quick reminder phone call in advance of handover of car to confirm what I needed to bring. Staff forgot to arrange for extra roof bars that were agreed at sale

After driving a car with a manual gearbox I wished to change to an automatic the salesman gave me all the confidence I needed to drive the excellent car I bought.
My original Sales Person moved on to another BMW location during the process - he was part of the reason I selected BMW over Mercedes (my last car). I want to, also, mention Alex (Genius expert) - he helped me a lot to learn about my new car.
As abovePlus it was very good at the end of our test drive the rep asked me to drive through the service area so if we purchased we knew where and how the center looks after us with our car,
