The work is covered, however I feel that the level of cleanliness is somewhat lacking following services in general, including marks on the internal door trim where the gloves are not replaced or taken off and with beige trim it shows every mark.
Customer handling was very good, the fault was clearly explained and the repair turnaround was excellent. A pity that a couple of phone calls were not returned.
Combination of unexpected high cost (£1500+) and need to remove a 2-inch diameter grease splatter on front seat affected score. However the service engineer was extremely helpful and efficient and the work seems to have been done to a high standard.
Everything explained in detail, lifts arranged. A pleasure to deal with the service department.

The work done to the car was fine except I was charged for items that I should not have been charged for (a set of locking nuts).
Car has been damaged whilst in the care of the dealership. On two occasions, expected repairs have either not been completed due to incorrect fault diagnosis or car has been returned with fault still occurring.Promised loan car also not provided.
Most brilliant. Delighted to be offered free coffee and refreshments but staff providing this on day seemed fairly disinterested. I had to ask whether I could have a coffee, etc. Hereford staff always offer immediately and make me feel welcome

Excellent from start to finish
Exceeded my expectations,
Despite being told all the agreed work had been completed, that was not the case. When I checked and pointed out what had not been done the garage agreed to rectify the situation and did so immediately with profuse apologies.
All work carried-out was as booked-in and agreed, and the car was ready on time
Good but as you dont carry tyres I had to come back the following day and had to wait two weeks for a further spare part from Germany
The reason why my car had to be attended to was evidently a known issue with the EPG, or something like that. It would have been better to have been informed beforehand that my car was likely to suffer from such a problem rather than me worrying.

The new centre in Cheltenham is a great set up and all staff go out of their way to ensure you are looked after which is in complete contrast to my nearest dealer Dick Lovett in Swindon who seem to find customers an irritation.
I wasn't held hanging around and the taxi service was great, all helps when you run a company.
Good facilities but a bit slow
On this occasion I had to revisit the dealership to get the job completed. The badges on the wheels had been accidentally forgotten to be applied but the technician fitted them no fuss even though my return visit was unannounced.
While the staff were helpful the problem took a long time to resolve. Instaead of a couple of hours as quoted my car had to stay at Cotswold overnight

My car was booked in the next day after a warning message came up on the dashboard at 4.30 pm. Very efficient service from the staff.
All my questions were answered and my car was spotless. I didnt get a call to say my car was ready for collection.

Overall pleased with the service, everybody is very welcoming and helpful when you are there. Was slightly disappointed that i had to leave my car and that no courtesy cars were available. And initially wouldn't be given a lift to Gloucester.
The work was completed to my full satisfaction and the courtesy car provided was fine, I always wish that there was a dealership slightly nearer to my home to make minor remedial work less of a chore.
Wheels were not washed when car was valeted.The car was collected from my place of work and when returned the keys and paperwork were left with the receptionist.OK in itself but paperwork was not in an envelope so any third party could see details?

One problem with the detailing of the inside of the car but overall the experience of the service process for the customer is extravagantly good because of the new facility and ambience it creates. My problem is that I have a sticky steering wheel.

It's good but for the purchase of a £100,000 car you need to do more to offer a bespoke and individual level of service. Compare buying a first class ticket with an airline...
