The staff at the dealership are extremely professional, courteous, polite and go the extra mile to make your visit totally painless . This is from reception, service to the coffee shop .

Cotswold are always very helpful, explain what is been done and answer any questions with great knowledge. The car is always washed and cleaned upon return
Mr McAdam was extremely helpful and professional. After explaining my issues he examined my vehicle and concurred with the points I had raised. He advised that he would contact me over the next 24/48 hours to update me.
Matt was good to deal with and knowledgeable about the bmw vehicles we discussed and I also felt listened too.
The work to be done was unusual and time-consuming but it was dealt with smoothly and came in cheaper than the quote.

Fast and high standard level of work
It came in to correct an issue not resolved from the previous service, inspection to assess before handing back the car with no actions required, no resetting of the service interval, which is what it came in for.
Great service staff, absolutely brilliant building with the very welcome barista coffee bar. Plus, although not cheap, I have always thought my car servicing cost to be reasonable for a luxury brand.

I did not visit BMW Cheltenham. My car was collected and returned at the times expected. I got my MOT, and the car is hunky dory.
My appointment was on time and I was kept informed of progress throughout until completion.
The person who I was allocated to was a mini service advisor who had no idea about my car.
Problem with radio/ connected drive that I reported when went in for service not looked at so I have to rearrange my work schedule to take it back again
Didnt realize mot was due this month but they fitted me in and also did end of warranty check at same time so I didnt have to make 2 separate visits.

As described above Cotswold Cheltenham BMW failed to deliver the service requested and failed to provide me with reasonable alternative options.
Had brake fluid renewed, then they washed car afterwards unfortunately the jet washer took paint off wheel.

Lewis provided excellent support while the car was in, co-ordinating a range of repairs and service actions. The alloy wheel refurbishment that Cotswold did was especially impressive and the wheels look as goo as new.
Service from Cheltenham Cotswold BMW has always been helpful and even gone out of the way to help with service part for my BMW car to reduce pricing. Pricing was much better and helped with making relationship stronger with BMW.
Breakdown occurred just 3 hours into a 13-hour journey, so ability to respond quickly and efficiently was paramount. BMW Cotswold answered the call as well as we could have hoped for.
Omitted to change a tyre but quickly resolved the matter and gave 15% discount on the final invoice

Whilst it's not Cotswolds fault but more BMW there should be a courtesy car or experience car from the centre available without waiting 5/6 weeks. I understand another recall on the 3 series hybrid adding to this delay.

Extravagent premises, frustrated by the process. I was in for a recall, I have an old BMW, high mileage, sensed the car and owner was not a priority. I dislike being patronised.
Very satisfied with the service received. 5 stars not given as only booked in for a MOT, but extra work (oil change and rear break pad change) was also identified but was not very urgent which meant valet of the car was rushed.

Before service, I reported car was not running smoothly. The service was performed, BMW said all was OK. Soon after the service the drivetrain alarm activated including loss of power. A quick diagnostic showed valve fault! Why did BMW not discover?
This was the second visit to the dealership to rectify a problem on a two month old car, and it was not fixed. This now requires a third visit.

There is not enough text available in the box to provide details but no details at any stage were provided, and the paperwork detailing the cars condition and status was not completed and I found some of the staff rude and difficult
Craig, the member of staff who was dealing with my appointment (for a de-tox) was brusque to begin with and barely spoke to me. He was busy finishing off something else and his manner was not at all what I expect from BMW.
Cotswold advised they could not apply powder metal to my alloys before they diamond skimmed them, then advised that there is now not sufficient ally left to skim again if they get scuffed - and would need a new wheel. Not Happy.
Arranged a courtsey car at short notice, very flexible with regard to return and pickup. Very happy with the work completed on my car.
The MOT got done, the Valet was terrible.
Went in for airbag recall and left with an airbag warning light on , which was not on before!!

It would take too long here to state the reasons, but I would be happy to do so face to face. BMW have always put things right once I have been able to speak with the manager, but that does not excuse the fact that it should not have happened.
Because Cotswold Cheltenham dealt with my query, ordered my parts and had them delivered far quicker than Syntner Sheffield and Stephen James Bromley.

The part required to upgrade/replace in the coolant systems took over a week to arrive and although I was in one of their cars it was an inconvenience
The service department was well organised and delivered exactly what I needed.
All the service staff welcome both my wife - very important - and I. Talk and Listen. Also the vehicle talks for itself by being reliable. (At least until today, when warning messages are causing some head scratching)
It took much longer than expected but the job got done.
Car was returned with scratches. Dealer would not take responsibility.
Everything was completed within the timescale agreed and I was able to get a coffee in the lounge. Nothing extraordinary happened to warrant a 5.

The process of purchase and later hand over was punctuated by periods of waiting while the salesman disappeared into the back office to retrieve extra pieces of paper or info. Just as well there was an excellent coffee bar!
There were some areas of no communication between staff and it's a good job I knew what was going on
