Service is very good, but our gran tourer has been in 3 times to investigate a knocking noise from N/S/F sounds like suspension or steering rack (worse in sport mode). The O/S/F on the other hand doesn't make any noise at all.

they are very poor at communicating what is happening and don't care if they leave you waiting for hours on end.
I have squeaky suspension, I've asked for it be inspected several times, each time I've been told they can't reproduce. As soon as I drive out I hear it. I think they just forget.

The service was carried out within the timescale I was given with the extra checks I requested also successfully completed. The car was well cleaned as well which I was pleased with.

I was treated very quickly and efficiently by a smart receptionist and my car was returned valeted and on time. It was necessary for an additional part to be ordered and this was fitted the following day even though I was late owing to local flooding
This experience should not have happened, especially at a dealership. If it was a back street garage then maybe; but not after forking out£500 plus.!!

I got everything I expected and more done at the dealership
Cotswold carried out my service without fuss or inconvenience to myself. I knew that the oil filter can be brittle on cars like mine but the service team put my mind at rest saying that only some early cars were affected and all was well on the day.
The work was carried out within the stated time period and was ready to drive away after a full wash and vacuum.
If you are waiting for your car to be serviced or repaired a very pleasant coffee area is available.

4 new tyres needed. Gave go ahead for this. Tyres not in stock. 3 weeks later still no tyres in stock although appointments made and emails received several times telling us tyres needed replacing. appointment cancelled still email getting emails.
Car took longer to service than anticipated
You all seem to be pushing "diagnosis " and we charge by the minute , I never feel at ease dealing with you in the service department.
Car got the MOT! After a cup of coffee we were dropped into Cheltenham and picked up a couple of hours later - all part of the service.

I have a grinding noice on my brakes, your technician heard the noise when we test drove the car. After two visits and being told two different reasons the brakes still grind.

Ian was professional and efficient, as always. Paperwork was ready to hand over to me on collection, which hasn't always been the case (the assumption being you don't want it as it's on a service plan - not true!). Car was ready on time, and cleaned.
Price matched tyres and resolved Idrive issue
Great service, kept informed, polite, helpful. But the price of your tyres seems high. I was quoted £260 for one tyre, I got the same one in Gloucester for £130. I think that you should highlight that a tyre fitter is going to be more competitive.
I thought the puncture was small enough to repair rather than a new tyre.

As above. I was told I had to pay additional fee even though I had a maintenance contract, and since paying the extra, I have now received notification that my monthly payment has increased as well. Better communication would have helped my view.

The issue that the car was brought into was rectified but a secondary issue was discovered and more than 2 weeks after the appointment I have heard no more about costs and available appointment dates. I have had to follow up twice without response.

Customer service was excellent. The issue with the indicators flashing too quickly was sorted out. But now when the indicator stalk is touched, (not fully engaged), the indicators only flash once, they used to flash 5 - 6 times. Once is pointless. I

Car repairs were not satisfactorily carried out resulting in a need to re-visit the service department and having to time out of work to do so. Car was not washed after repairs were carried out.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful. However they removed the blue protective delivery strips from the metal kick plate on the front door sills without asking me and I didn't notice this until 03/11/19
Not Impressed.! This was a recall organise maybe 6 to 8 weeks in advance and all the parts should have been ready and available.
