Andrew McAdam He`s done very well again.
Overall service provided was exceptional and all work was completed to expectation, only small disappointment was not being made aware that VAT was not included in the price quoted for the body work repairs, therefore had to pay an unexpected £40
All was fine but got a text message to say the car was ready on a while you wait service. Would have expected to be told in person.
The car was ready when told and returned clean and hovered.
When your mechanics did the vehicle check, they noted that the rear near side tyre was wearing a lot in the centre of the tyre. That is a sign of over inflation of a tyre so why didn't they correct/set the tyre pressure? Instead of leaving it?

the servicing was done as promised - slightly let down on the car valeting though, not very thorough..
One small mark was missed on the respray

As I said earlier not quite so good with regards to communication the service manager said he had called me but I had had no missed calls I ended up chasing him and he admitted having phone issues I would've thought alternatives could have been found
Car was taken for an MOT & returned to the door in good time. It passed in all areas.
Apart from one blip, so far I am happy with the service I have received.
Unfortunately there was a fault on the car which was not identified on the pre delivery check. This meant I had to make 60 mile round trip to get the fault confirmed and wait for the part and the repair a few weeks later.

As far as I know, all the work I asked for was carried out. I have to wait and use the car a while to see if the starting issue is completely resolved.

I was disappointed with whatever material had been applied to my front screen as it has acquired a very cloudy appearance which is very hard to remove, and also it had impaired my vision considerably. please do not use this material again.
Completed in a reasonable time. The requested visit was explained by Service. A lift into town whilst waiting was perfect and my car was immaculate when I picked it up...:-]]

On this occasion the service/ MOT were carried out well and very professionally. The car was returned in immaculate condition at the agreed time. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and clear in their explanations.It was a much better experience.
Satisfied with the service but knowledge of the 2 items above left me with some Doubt.

Most staff are superb and humour me - I am something of a worry person - but one member of staff was frankly obnoxious
We had an error on the car's computer and they fitted us in really quickly to get it sorted. Helpful, straight forward, and we got the car back clean!
My only bad experience ever with Cotswold BMW. The service/ repair work done as booked was first class, but at some stage my car was disconnected . Settings all changed and iPhone no longer paired with car. Took a revisit to resolve.

The service myself and my partner got from Cotswold Cheltenham was 1st class They answered any questions I had and helped with the items I wanted.

I was particularly pleased that a long-standing resin blot on the bonnet, which I thought required a either a touch up or respray, was removed through careful cleaning.

Being told my tyre was illegal and that my car would not be returned to me, when it was in fact legal
When booking my car in for the recall they said they would look at it first to see how bad it was because they need to order the part in the have the car back. How ever they must of ordered the part in before hand so it was all changed in one day.
It would be great if I didn't have to pay a collection fee just because there are no dealerships nearby!
Like most people I want the best quality for the best price. I am feeling that the dealership try to be competetive on price whilst maintaining quality. I prefer to visit the dealership for any needs.
The service was carried out on time and I was informed when my car was ready for collection.
Car with like new diamond cut wheels cleaned by me prior to taking in, on collecting from service found 1 kerbed and 4 with deep scratches to surfaces.. Staff told me it was old damage.. Could not explain why/what had happened. Offered to fix1.

this rating is based on my most recent visit. previous visits were in the 1-2 range, which, for an owner of 1 BMW and 2 Minis was very disappointing, and made me wonder whether my next purchase should be with a different brand
I dropped the vehicle off early than required and the driver was more than happy to take my keys through as the door wasn't open until 8am. I was dropped at my place of work and returned using the same driver, very happy with his service on the day.
Everything completed on time and to the usual high standard

They lost one tyre air valve. I didn't expect that from BMW service centre.
Initial experience VERY poor. Service team in a meeting except two people so had to wait to book the car in, annoying when I had booked a Fast Track service. Other than that it was fine.
Very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Customer facilities great for working, having a coffee and cake and viewing vintage and new cars while waiting.

we were told that parts would be in for repairs on a date but did not arrive until 2 days later.

Drop off with the security was arranged the night before as done previously. Arrived, only to be told he no longer accepts cars. BMW arranged to collect early the next day, but it was an early morning reschedule.

Expectations managed and delivered for a while you wait service. Coffee bar is an excellent touch, along with free Wi-fi, perfect. And also tempting new cars to look at while you wait!
Nothing is too much trouble even in the face of my unreasonable requests. Calvin in particular has given me excellent service of over many years
The sales representative was very courteous but had insufficient knowledge of the product and had to keep "referring to others" for answers to what we thought were quite basic questions on model specifications, extras and package configurations.
Service seemed good but took a long time for a routine oil service (3 hours). Facilities while I was waiting were very good.
I was dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a courteous manner and the work on my vehicle was completed ahead of schedule.

I thought my car was due for a service but the honest Service Team told me that the Service was not due. They still have the car a free heath check and was cleaned before I had the car back. All free of charge
Very good service and price but the car wash could have been better.
The service team who managed my car service was very good, but my experience regarding my problem with the paint laquer was very different. The individual who looked at the laquer of my car completely dismissed me.
Although my car is not the youngest, time was taken to to effect a very good standard of repair.
My issues was sorted
It went in for rattle noise coming in from boot area, still not totally resolved going to book it back in after my holiday. Cleaning not up to standard after .
breakdown and service completed with no prior notice, very accomodating
All good clear since start (no surprise) and I asked for a specific check to be done (Oil level on the differential). They confirmed they did it, great. Just a bit of extra wait due to some queue at wash & vacuum complimentary service.

Rubbish, everybody scratching their heads on collections breaks have been squeaking since service. Breaks were new last year and was told very healthy

Service was carried out OK, but it was planned for the previous day when the car was to be collected. On the day no one arrived but a service representative arranged for the service and collection to be done the next day.
It's nice to be greeted on arrival by a member of staff and the service from the staff dealing with my car book in was exceptional
Had to wait a bit to just be given keys, bo paperwork involved as was for recall under warranty. Could have just given me the keys immediately.
I raised an issue with the gearbox and this appears to have been successfully addressed. The vehicle was the subject of a safety recall, the issue was effecfively rectified.
Stanadard of work was excellent, and completed before time quoted.
Part of the service was cleaning my car but there was still the residue of bird mess on my rear window, hence lower mark.
The customer hospitality is good, the service expensive. I am not ressurred that the car has had a thorough check. It appears that the service is just oil and filter and valet whereas I am accustomed to the car being fully checked when serviced
Very well presented and helpful able to also upgrade my radio.
Would be higher but this is the second time they have forgotten to reset the next service interval on the computer. When I got back in the car it said it was still due for a service. Seats were dirty and door handle I had to clean when I got home.
I did feel under a little bit of pressure to make a decision and some of the story about the car later changed also a little rude if we changed our mind about certain aspects.

Service was good but one required piece of work requested and written down for the repair team was not done. This was to replace the boot badge.
The new part required by the recall inspection was not available so it took 2 days to complete the work rather than the 1 initially stated
I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that when my four tyres were replaced different size tyres to the originals were fitted.
Mechanic was very helpful. However, the issue with the brakes wasn't evident during the test drive. The brakes were checked in the workshop. Unfortunately, the irritating creaks and groans have continued. Probably due to design faults.

Very pleased with the finish of the jobs undertaken. I knew one of them was going to difficult and time consuming and did worry on the finish but on having the vehicle returned, my fears were allayed.

Booked in, needed a part. Re-booked one week later but without car for two days as wrong part ordered

For a 2 year old car with 11000 miles the service was very expensive. looks like your clients are paying for a new facility and overstaffing. Very happy with the car. Looks like if I want to keep the car I will have to live with high servicing bills

The gentleman collecting and delivering the vehicle back was excellent, right on the time specified. The cleaning of the vehicle, whilst complimentary, wasn't as good as on previous occasions.
The mileage recorded on the MOT certificate was incorrect. If I had not checked the paperwork it would have gone unnoticed. Fortunately, a quick call resulted in the correct mileage to be added.

The car has a tricky / intermittent creaking fault. The team has determinedly tracked down the fault. It will be fixed in a couple of weeks when a part has arrived from Germany.
