Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. I thought my car was due for a service but the honest Service Team told me that the Service was not due. They still have the car a free heath check and was cleaned before I had the car back. All free of charge

Service seemed good but took a long time for a routine oil service (3 hours). Facilities while I was waiting were very good.

The customer hospitality is good, the service expensive. I am not ressurred that the car has had a thorough check. It appears that the service is just oil and filter and valet whereas I am accustomed to the car being fully checked when serviced
