I booked a 'while you wait service and was told the service would take 90 minutes. It took nearly 3 hours. I've no particular objections to how long it takes, but my expectations were set and I had planned work activities which had to be postponed
I booked in for engine oil service which was trouble free. On the day everything was dealt with very well.

Very professional, friendly and helpful personnel working in a state-of-the-art service centre. They carried out the work exactly within the timescale set out when the appointment was booked.
I had a timed appointment from 14:00 scheduled for 90 minutes with me waiting in on site. Work had not started by 16:00 and I did not get my car back until after 17:00. I was supposed to be in Bristol for 17:00 and I had to call someone else to go.

The work was undertaken well, but the invoice that was presented to me on collection was not correct. I had to ask for it to be re-done, for the (lower) amount that we had agreed by telephone the previous day.

Amazing service. Arranged 2 test drives and then made the order to completion experience smooth but exciting. Was impressed with the video clips etc and also one of the guys even sent me some pics. Just a class outfit and really smart showroom.

Experience with Cotswold Cheltenham was excellent both whilst purchasing and collecting the vehicle. It was a little difficult to keep in touch when the car got delayed due to staff going on furlough but this was only a minor issue.
