Cotswold carried out my service without fuss or inconvenience to myself. I knew that the oil filter can be brittle on cars like mine but the service team put my mind at rest saying that only some early cars were affected and all was well on the day.

The work was carried out within the stated time period and was ready to drive away after a full wash and vacuum.

4 new tyres needed. Gave go ahead for this. Tyres not in stock. 3 weeks later still no tyres in stock although appointments made and emails received several times telling us tyres needed replacing. appointment cancelled still email getting emails.
Car took longer to service than anticipated
Car got the MOT! After a cup of coffee we were dropped into Cheltenham and picked up a couple of hours later - all part of the service.
Had to phone next morning as my email address was incorrect. Also date for my next service was stated as last year, 2018.
You all seem to be pushing "diagnosis " and we charge by the minute , I never feel at ease dealing with you in the service department.

Kept me informed of a difficult repair problem
A very efficient service provided from arrival at garage to return of car post repairs. A key feature was how our service advisor communicated with us on the cause of the car's problem and the progress of the remedial repairs.
The Service Reception Manager that I dealt with, carefully listened to a problem that I had suffered after a previous visit for a BMW recall. The problem was checked out and confirmed that I would have no further problems.

Ian was professional and efficient, as always. Paperwork was ready to hand over to me on collection, which hasn't always been the case (the assumption being you don't want it as it's on a service plan - not true!). Car was ready on time, and cleaned.
Great service, kept informed, polite, helpful. But the price of your tyres seems high. I was quoted £260 for one tyre, I got the same one in Gloucester for £130. I think that you should highlight that a tyre fitter is going to be more competitive.

As above. I was told I had to pay additional fee even though I had a maintenance contract, and since paying the extra, I have now received notification that my monthly payment has increased as well. Better communication would have helped my view.

Professional service - booking availability good
The issue that the car was brought into was rectified but a secondary issue was discovered and more than 2 weeks after the appointment I have heard no more about costs and available appointment dates. I have had to follow up twice without response.
Customer service was excellent. The issue with the indicators flashing too quickly was sorted out. But now when the indicator stalk is touched, (not fully engaged), the indicators only flash once, they used to flash 5 - 6 times. Once is pointless. I

Car repairs were not satisfactorily carried out resulting in a need to re-visit the service department and having to time out of work to do so. Car was not washed after repairs were carried out.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful. However they removed the blue protective delivery strips from the metal kick plate on the front door sills without asking me and I didn't notice this until 03/11/19
Not Impressed.! This was a recall organise maybe 6 to 8 weeks in advance and all the parts should have been ready and available.

My dealings were mostly with Nathan Beaman, the service provided was absolutely excellent, with continuous communication on progression of my order from initial quotation right through to shipping.
The heading and details on invoice referred to anther vehicle. Information regarding action to be taken from observations confusing. No video content of vehicle inspection.
I was made to feel very welcome other experiences with other cars have been very different.
The service department very welcoming, polite, efficient and I have never had a reason to complain. However I am returning the vehicle to check the exhaust which I thought would have been checked in the warranty check as I believe it may be blowing.

The service interval was not reset after a front brake service, I had to take the car back the next day to get that reset but it was only reset to 3000 miles. This also occurred when I had the rear brake pads replaced earlier in the year.
Lovely hassle free experience
This would have been a 5 but sadly the car was not ready on time so I had to then have a loan car and return the next day to pick the car up.
Apart from the fact that my pre booked courtesy car was not available, the experience was very good.
Blissfull experience in the new Cheltenham HQ. Complementary coffee and kuchen while one looks at the new cars on display and it is all over too quickly.
All arrangements worked very well. Car was well cleaned.
Speed and customer service
Excellent facilities and excellent staff too - always willing to spend time to get things right. I can talk to technical staff and also keep in touch throughout . Far better than BMW UK who could learn from their level of customer interface skills.

I was reasonably happy with the service I was a little put out that my conversation with service assistant were passed on to a third party. Also that all the repairs where carrier out well but there were two small faults that were not correct.
I was told I had a nail in a tire but there wasn't!
Prompt collection and delivery. Why not valet the car properly, not hoovering the boot is just petty! Next time I'm likely not to pay for a BMW service and pay Separately for valeting. I dislike not having a proper service book

I may have got a small paint chip to my bumper during my MOT or subsequent cleaning. Otherwise I have always been very happy with each visit to the centre.
Ask BMW Worcester they will tell you why and they are currently waiting for parts
Query on Advisory regarding nsf tyre - when I queried it with your service department I was told that the 2 front tyres had different speed ratings? i believe that they were both the original tyres fitted as new.?

Of particular note is the complementary was and vac of my car following its MOT.So pleased with overall impression that I intend to have Cotswold servicing my car instead of the independent garage I have been using for my previous car.

The dealership is pleasant to deal with. However, there was a bit of to-ing and fro-ing in finalising the purchase on the day despite there being clear agreements beforehand for the sale (so it did not go as smoothly as hoped). Sorted in the end.
Purchase went well but a few things during the delivery which let the experience down: Age of the car, (stock vehicle but 12 month old build date); car very dirty and poorly prepared at collection; only 2 years connected drive services due to age

No CD player or AUX socket. advice given to download CDs to thumb drive but track order car display differs to pc. found a USB CD player online (not a writer) Also could use portable player with Bluetooth transmitter more advice would be helpful
