Everything done well
I had to wait for around 10 minutes to be served, but other than that, the experience was first class.
My visit to Cotswold BMW was as a result of a recall. The service was excellent however, I was slightly disappointed to be given a Hyundai loan vehicle, it would have been very interesting to try a new 3 series equivalent to my own car.

Good, efficient, polite service. My only problem was contacting the service dept by phone. They were always engaged and I was returned to the switchboard every time. When I finally spoke to service Dept they were efficient and helpful.
