Excellent service well looked after considering I traveled down from Liverpool
Took a little longer than expected, but with the dealer facilities meant the inconvenience of that was kept at a minimal
The reception by the staff and service provided was excellent and very informative. The work done was in the time estimated and the car returned valeted.
Appreciate receiving reminders. Inspect, advise what work is required and then carry it out professionally. Car is always returned cleaned.

The work necessary to get my car back on the road was done within a day, together with a service and an MoT, I was somewhat surprised that you did not have a low loader to get my car to the garage from my home, and that I had to organise this

The car has been in twice and the issues of a slow puncture and sat nav hanging remain to be resolved.
I was greeted straight away - a bit like checking into a hotel - and in no time I was enjoying a coffee in the cafe and able to get my laptop out and do some work. I was sent a video of my tyres being checked.

This is the first time I've let someone else carry out a service on any car I've owned and I've owned various ones over the last 50+ years. Previously I'd always carried out the work myself. My experience was good thanks to Andy Welsby & Simon Bell.
Always room for improvement. Having a full historical understanding of your customers dealing with the business would give greater insight to them and make the progression of the work as smooth and as joined up as it can be across your business.
They were quick and when I had to wait the centre had god facilities and fast WiFi so I could do some work while I waited.

Score not so good this time because as I left car tyre pressure warning light was on. I returned to service reception and was told it would re- set. It did not. Eventually I sorted it myself - all 4 tyres were under 25! Unhelpful!
Was told new brake pads were required and if done at the time of Service would be cheaper. However on checking system they didn't require replacing for further 8,000 miles. Disappointed in BMW.

There was an outstanding task (bonnet latch) thats I had been asked to be looked at. When collecting the car I asked how it had went and it hadnt been checked. I now need to make separate arrangement to come back in

Unable to criticise any aspect of the service
Easy booking, attentive telephone and welcoming staff. Small glitch in the on board service schedule that needed rectifying after the car was handed over which it was.

This was my first experience of the new showroom as previously I had my car serviced at Gloucester.The new showroom and it's facilities and staff are a shining example of how it should be done.Perfect.

The waiting area is the best I have come across at a dealership.
The work I was told would need doing was not required so visit was a waste of time for everyone. In Nov 17 I was told the break pads were 60% worn resulting in an Amber advice and would most likely need replacing in 5000 miles.
Such a fine overall service ...... air bag replaced FOC and car valeted as i waited whilst drinking coffee and reading papers .... like a gentleman's club!!
I was about 10 minutes early and although there were people in the office, and even though I asked they made me wait outside in the cold. Was told car would be ready to collect - it wasn't - somewhat had to go and find it.

The car was picked up and dropped off at work. This didn't disrupted my day.
Awkward to get the car looked at and when it was looked at (and kept for 2 days), both faults remain unfixed.

Ian Cox was excellent. Took the time to understand the issue when I arrived and made sure it was captured clearly so the technicians would also understand. Kept me informed throughout the process. Made sure things were easy for me.
Faultless just was a good experience simple
The customer environment is good and the service seeemed to be trouble-free. However, no transport into Cheltenham is available in the afternoon which means waiting around for two hours in a part of town that is remote from everything.
I called in without an appointment the Adblue warning light having come on. It was all sorted on the spot although it took an hour rather than the promised 30 minutes.

Its great however it does take a long time to get in, do the paperwork etc before you can leave. I suggest simplifying this process so when in a rush you can literally drop and go even if borrowing a car. I appreciate some things will need signing.
Kept me informed, work done quickly
Mistakes were made with my having a courtesy car, & some of the work I wanted done wasn't done. However, the staff were lovely & what was done was very well done.
Service department have not called me back to book in my car for some remedial cosmetic work.
All problems sorted by software update. Unfortunately the update wiped all of the radio settings so we had to negotiate the non intuitive (go to Porsche to learn how to do it well) settings process again to re establish normality.
Unable to fix broken roof bracket at reasonable cost. Part not covered by warranty as considered to be 'trim'
Although issues with the car, the service has been fantastic from the team at Cotswold Cheltenham, I genuinely cannot fault there work and the extra mile they've gone to at times. Regular contact has kept me up to date and informed as to progress.

Customer service is always exceptional, especially Andrew McAdam. I'm kept up to date with what's going on with the car. Cheltenham is further to drive to, but totally worth it when compared with my previous poor experiences at Warwick and Oxford.
From booking the car in to collecting the car all staff were friendly and helpful. I was kept up to date during the process and the offer of a goodwill discount was very much appreciated.

Was given an additional quote for nearly £200 for diagnosing my unworking back sindscreen wiper even though I knew it was just blocked with dirt and cleared it myself in seconds. There would be no reason for an hours diagnostic

I had to wait 40 mins to pick up my car when it was already completed and parked outside a bit unnecessary especially at 330 ominous a Friday afternoon
No real handover or comments on the condition of my car, just a here are the keys back. Had to request any paperwork for example tyre tread wear.

I was surprised that the software update had replaced the postcodes in my satnav with geographic locations! All my personal settings have also gone.

Very poor workmanship standards. After having new fuel injectors fitted, I noticed broken plastic clips in the engine bay, and scuff / scratch marks on the under bonnet plastic.

Apart from one incidence where warranty work took rather longer than expected owing to an internal issue with BMW over the warranty, service at BMW is without problem and very efficient.
I had requested a check on the wiper blades as they were dragging slightly and was told the service technician would report. Instead, the blades were changed for new ones, a minor maintenance job which I would have undertaken myself at lower cost.
The video of the health check texted to me during visit was a good thing,it allows me to see first hand the condition of the underside and vital components of my car.

My main comment is that all the staff, reception / sales / cafe / service office, treated me as a person and did not 'bow and scrape ' as though I were someone of a higher order....some other car sales do and it is embarrasing.
