Tyre not correctly inflated. Had to leave Cotswold and go to local garage and inflate the tyre!
The car is displaying that a service is due in 3200 miles which is wrong. I haven't contacted the garage about this yet as been too busy but obviously needs rectification
Great service although car came back with oil level high on computer so would have been better if they had checked this as known fault.

I had to wait for my allocated Service Advisor both on drop off and collection. At drop off after waiting 10 minutes I was seen by another Service Advisor. I feel this was unacceptable due to 6 other staff members were just chatting to each other.

The work was done as expected, however, the valet has left several polished aluminium trim pieces with wax/ detergent stains which I cannot remove.

as stated above the staff were all very courteous and helpful. They all seemed to share in the customer experience. It wasn't just down to the person serving coffee to clear the cups, sales reps and others seemed to scope and clean the area
My car needs to go back as the work carried out is inferior
Apart from the car being covered in water marks after a wash and the windows inside all grubby, everything was excellent
Fixed the issue with my car quickly. Service could have been quicker in drop off and collection
I trust them. When they find a problem, a seized bleed nipple on a caliper, they keep me informed and give me options. And when the replacement caliper from BMW turns out to be the wrong colour (shame BMW) they stop and ask me what I want to do.
Andrew McCadam is very knowledgeable of the product and always makes the effort to ensure our service experience goes well. Although now not as convenient, the new Garage is also a pleasure to visit.
Because after the service I always feel safe in the knowledge the car is fully checked and satisfactory.

The new showroom didn't have quite that personal touch that the Gloucester one did. It was a bit flash and the gentlemen who dealt with me was good but not as good a little bit factual and not enough personal

The new BMW centre is very much a smooth operation, and the staff is very pleasant. I'm not happy with the decision made by staff to categorise the TWO buckled rear wheels as wear and tear, and quote me almost £1,500 to replace them.
I took my X5 into BMW after loosing a key, we did not know if they key had been stolen or lost so were very concerned. BMW booked the car in for the old keys to be programmed out and new ones supplied. Please call to discuss 07897 106442
The staff are great but as is often the case, you collect the car with the seat & mirrors having been moved and the radio tuned to a different station. Why do they do this?
You collected me to collect my car. Kept me waiting 20 mins to try to clean it, then said you didn't have time to clean it anyway. Total waste of 20 mins of my working day. CUSTOMER service. Clue is in the question
Friendly, efficient but no courtesy car. I was left without a car for over a week.
The customer-facing staff are key - I have found them attentive, understanding + responsive. The service work is consistently of a high standard. Special thanks due to Jody Boyle and also Mark Knibbs + Andy McAdam.
This was only a brake fluid change. The service indicator light wasn't reset and the service book wasn't endorsed. Minor things.

it took a lot of phoning and chasing to eventually get my car half sorted.This wouldn't of happened a year or two ago I realise though the move may of effected things ..but i am still left with badly corroded brake callipers
A 90 minute service while you wait turned into a 3 hour service while I waited
Car passed MOT which was great, but I was not told before I booked that had to pay. Which I didn't mind but I thought because the car been under 3 year old and having my previous services done for free.
Andrew did all he could to resolve the issue but was thwarted by BMW GB/AG in not recognising the urgency of a VOR. Quoting 7 days to get a part in this day and age is really unacceptable.

As mentioned, the wheel hubs have been cleared of rust (car only 15 months old) but the callipers are still showing a little rust - I thought they would have been cleaned too

When i booked i sent pictures of broken cruise control button and it was confirmed you had one in stock to fit. On visit i was told you were only checking and needed to order. This mean a third unnessary visit. It made me feel stupid!
Completely satisfied = perfect and it is very difficult to score this for a MOT failure and a £550 bill. However, the new facilities are great and the personal interaction was good.

They managed to fix the coolant leak within 12 hours of the car being recovered, which I consider excellent. Along with the updates and usual excellent customer service I usually receive from them.

Everything worked out fine. I arrived on time; the loan car was ready; the MOT/service was completed ahead of schedule; my car had been cleaned before I collected it.
I brought the car in originally to solve an issue with a vibration at 70 mph. The front wheels were rebalanced and not the rears as you felt the tyres will need changing soon. But ultimately the fault wasn't fixed. The vibration feels just as bad.
Fantastic new facility, very good waiting area. Staff are brilliant.

Was told service would take 60 - 90 mins. After 1.75 I went to see if it was nearly ready and told it was but was being washed. Time taken in total 2hrs. Thank goodness of the free cups of coffee as a very boring 2 hrs.

The MOT took longer than promised, there is very little to do waiting for the work to be done, you ran out of time to wash the car and you did not provide a bodywork quote I requested (this is the second time you have failed to provide this quote.

The problem was assessed quickly, a timely booking for investigation was made and the problem solved quickly. (Why the problem occurred is a BMW issue - not a Cotswold Cheltenham one!)

There isnt enough room to give my full answer. The service manger Andrew was fantastic and resolved a problem with the original booking not being honoured however it meant I had to reschedule a client meeting to Coventry as the car wasn't roadworthy.

My car was with you for 4 weeks just to replace an EGR valve. I received little or no communication and had to chase progress myself. I was given a VW rental car which I also said I was unhappy with - no response.
My car developed a fault and needed to be taken off the road. Within hours I had been informed what the problem was a temporary vehicle provided. The work was completed ahead of the expected timescale and my car was returned looking like new!

Very difficult to get through to service by telephone I had 6 attempts at one stage, the service advisor I actually dealt with on the day for my wheel change was very helpful (Andrew Macadam) and the car was returned on time and clean
Car was recalled and returned cleaned. Return was later than originally indicated and many controls were reset to different positions from those when delivered.
Courteous service from all Staff from the man who picked up the car through to the telephone details regarding work done etc. All well explained. Car delivered back cleaned well and paperwork done.
We found everybody to be very helpful and the service was completed to time.

Job was done satisfactorily and on time
MOT and service were fine but oil leak not so much. Leak was fixed but the area wasn't cleaned afterwards so I continued to have residual oil dripping in my garage. I got under the car and cleaned it myself. Plastic cover not fitted properly either.
The service was fine, and the cas was washed, but there are a few niggles - the new fee for collect/deliver, wiper blades not in stock, £130 to replace a sun visor (not Cotswold's fault, of course) so the experience wasn't perfect.
The ' next service' indicator has been correctly moved on by 16,000 miles but then states that the next service is due in June 2017. Presumably, this should have been moved on to June 2018.
Cotswold always deliver top service and now in a fantastic dealership too!
Not sure where to go to drop off keys for work i.e what desk, every desk busy so where do I stand/wait.Compared with previous car washes this one was poor.
Service from Craig good. However, I had been booked prior to the day for a lift to cheltenham. On arrival, with another staff member, I asked where/what time etc. I was told to wait upstairs and they would find out. 40mins later no response.

Phones not working properly and new place too much like an airport.
Work was fine. Paperwork review and payment was too slow at the end of the day. Maybe due to settling in at the new premises. Staff were too busy leading to a 15 minute wait to pay.

I was informed spark plugs were "badly corroded and rusty". Only for this to be changed to "faulty" after I informed that the car was serviced only a month ago by Cotswold Bmw. Left me wondering if the spark plugs were changed on original service...

I was received on time, a driver took me home and the faults were fixed under warranty as expected. The car was available on time the next day, cleaned and ready to go.

On a couple of occasions I left messages with staff to pass on to the sales member dealing with my purchase. Unfortunately, these messages were not always passed on, resulting in a delay in communication.
Andrew Cresswell (Sales) took time to establish my preferences and work out the right product/model based on negotiable elements. This required patience on his part.

Andrew worked hard to find an X5 to meet my budget/requirements/timescales. Only issue was on the day of handover where I discovered that the 5 day insurance referred to in the handover pack was no longer available - I had to arrange at short notice
Adam gave us superb service from the moment we walked in the show room.Dan gave us all we required on our test drive and was informative and put us at ease thorough out.we felt Adam had our needs uppermost at all times and was never pusshy.
