Cotswold Cheltenham were very helpful and I was informed of progress at all times in a friendly manner.
Staff are extremely helpful, especially Calvin who has dealt with a frustrating on going problem yet he has continued to provide incredible customer service throughout.
On our first visit to this dealership, we were greeted in the car park on arrival within a couple of minutes. The sales executive (Kacper) is very professional and is also very welcoming. He made the process of buying a car very easy and informative.
There was a bit of confusion over my booking and loan car but otherwise all good.
Ema was my service contact and she was very helpful & understanding...
New tyres fitted. One tyre had 3psi extra to remaining 3.

No real handover or comments on the condition of my car, just a here are the keys back. Had to request any paperwork for example tyre tread wear.

Very poor workmanship standards. After having new fuel injectors fitted, I noticed broken plastic clips in the engine bay, and scuff / scratch marks on the under bonnet plastic.

Outcome excellent but initially young lady went off to find a service agent and then abandoned me.
I was in a huge rush with being deployed out the UK 2 days after my car failed its MOT and the team did everything they could to help me.
Apart from one incidence where warranty work took rather longer than expected owing to an internal issue with BMW over the warranty, service at BMW is without problem and very efficient.

I had requested a check on the wiper blades as they were dragging slightly and was told the service technician would report. Instead, the blades were changed for new ones, a minor maintenance job which I would have undertaken myself at lower cost.
The video of the health check texted to me during visit was a good thing,it allows me to see first hand the condition of the underside and vital components of my car.

My most recent service booking had for some reason not been registered on your system properly. Hence turned up and was not expected by your garage, plus parts had not been ordered either. Matter has since been satisfactorily resolved.
My car came in for a quality recall and to fix a rattle, unfortunately the rattle remains otherwise I would have scored this higher
Wasn't what I was expecting and made me late for afternoon appointment I had had. Furthermore, no courtesy car available for when work scheduled but actually left a mini car when they took mine for repair???

The mechanic found the problem (he heard it first) he was charming and very helpful and he took on board my moans about how poor the sales side is. He passed it on and the service department tried to make me a lot happier than I am.
I was booked in for 10:00 and yet after passing the clipboard I still wasn't seen till 10:15. Then having been told on the phone this was a quick job I was told the car wouldn't be ready until 17:00. At 11:00 the car was still in the carpark

I received a reminder on my dash that my car needed servicing. This was followed by a courtesy call to see if I wanted to book my car in, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise. The car's service history is all recorded electronically.
For repairs/servicing I would have appreciated an offer of car collection or a courtesy car when living in a fairly remote village requiring a difficult bus journey to the dealer.

Great customer service. Didn't find the centre on the first attempt. The postcode did not exist in our sat nav and then we had to double back to access the centre from the industrial estate. Could have done with an entrance off the dual carriageway.
I am never 100% certain they have actually fully completed the service correctly, because I don t watch them. However I believe they are better than the rest and this would influence me when changing the car.
The two 1 series I have had, have been excellent and on the odd occasion where there has been a fault, Cotswold BMW have been accommodating, professional and efficient in combating this.

When collecting my car I had to wait for a considerable period to be seen, there appeared to be no reason for this delay.
BMW honoured the warrantee on my car to fix the damaged exhaust and provided recovery of my car when I needed it.

I was over charged for the oil service and MOT (different to what is quoted online), when questioned I was offered a credit on my account.However, staff were friendly and my car was returned nice and clean.
I was dealt with by Andrew McAdam who was excellent in that he explained the service package and clearly went through the computerised results of my service. Coffee was offered very efficient service thank you.
They completed the MOT promptly one afternoon and took some time to look into a squeaking that I was getting from the wheels/brakes

My vehicle had an information warning come up recently which at a later stage disappeared. I duly informed Cheltenham about this and they immediately suggested that I bring the car in to be checked. My treatment during my visit was excellent.

Problem and service comes late and car cleaned.
Excellent job of servicing and repairing car.
Again I was able to get a lift home and was picked up when the car was ready as I had a funeral to attend that morning short notice. They were very helpful and helped me in a difficult situation.
Winter wheels were put on, but the tyre pressure was neither checked nor re-set: on my way home all 4 wheels triggered Tyre Pressure Alert warnings simultaneously. I checked next day and found the tyres were all 0.15-0.2 bar under-inflated.
3rd repeat visit in 18 months for DPF clean out.
Cannot fault the quality of service but it came at a premium price, far greater that anticipated and the symptoms suggested, £800 to replace a replace a simple valve seems excessive.
Car left in an unsafe / dangerous condition.After brake fluid change & MOT, car was returned with coolant cap undone leading to coolant loss that could have caused engine failure. Bleed caps not refitted to brakes and no video health check as usual.
Cannot correct the problem with my Bluetooth not displaying contact names. Repeat visit required as a result - will be the 4th one. A car problem in my view as it does not occur with my phone in other BMWs, but does with another phone in my car.
The service facilities are much improved, Emma dealt with us from the outset and we were very impressed with her. Critically, the fault with the navigation module was fixed to our satifaction.

Service on time car returned clean
Only one issue. The tyre pressure was 3.1 bar against recommended 2.2 on all wheels. I had to adjust.
Oil filter access panel not secured correctly so had to revisit.. Still better than my experience last year so shouldn't complain

Surprised that no printed brochures were/are available. On line detail is not sufficient to appraise the vehicle adequately.
We were very well looked after and given a lot of time in which to choose exactly the model we were looking for. We were moving back from Spain and our salesman collected us from the airport so we could take delivery of our new vehicle.
The day i was due to collect the car we it had snowed and then froze, firstly they thought they could not get the car out, Matthew new we were going away that day so he ensured that the collection could still take place
It was OK, nothing special. More like buying a Fiat than a premium brand.
I was very impressed with Alex, the Junior Sales Consultant that dealt with my initial inquiry and purchase and Andrew who provided an excellent handover experience. The complete sales process was dealt with in a professional and relaxed manner.

Smart premises, no pressure sales, but friendly, knowledgeable staff from reception through to sales. Over several visits, I never drove the actual car I eventually purchased, and maybe the dealership could have been a little more organised there.
